Patrice and John Wilson began working in residential real estate in 2005.
As their experience grew, they saw an opportunity to provide a more hands-on, accountable approach to property management — one that combined professional systems with local knowledge and personal relationships.
In 2014, SWFL Commercial Group expanded into commercial property management. Today, the company manages more than 1 million square feet of commercial property across Southwest Florida while also serving residential communities and associations.
What started with a local approach to real estate has grown into a property management company serving commercial properties, residential communities, and associations across Southwest Florida. The company has grown, but the way Patrice and John believe clients should be treated has stayed the same: communicate clearly, stay involved, and take responsibility.
